Students in Professor Linda Butenhoff’s POL 440: Leadership in International Public Affairs class got the chance to meet diplomats and briefings with UN staff while on a recent trip to New York.

The students spent a week with the UN staff and visiting with diplomats from several missions. The group had the chance to be briefed by the Kenyan diplomatic staff, as well as diplomats from Egypt, Iran and the European Union among other briefings.
