St. Cloud Times Editorial Board — Everyone yelps for something to be done about crime on St. Cloud’s south side, especially in the campus area.
Crime in and near rental properties is always a concern. Think of people not locking their doors or windows and all of a sudden the laptop or stereo is missing.
We applaud an effort aimed at improving safety for those who live in south side rentals.
