10. Eastman Hall – Ripples – Renewal – History – Assemblage
Eastman Hall features artwork by Stacia Fink Goodman ’89 honoring the Mississippi River, a history plaque celebrating the history of the building, and an original student art piece by Bigyan Lama Thing ’19.
11. Halenbeck Hall – Eastman Hall Gym Floor – Hall of Champions
Next head around Shoemaker Hall and across the foot bridge to Halenbeck Hall. Enter in through the first door to see the center court of the former Eastman Hall gym.

Professor creates soundwalk to complement ambient noise in Fergus Falls
Musical notes, specifically composed for Fergus Falls, can be plucked from the air while enjoying the city’s walking spaces.
Scott Miller, a professor of music at St. Cloud State University for the past 28 years, grew up in New York and moved to Minnesota where he received his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota.
So far, Miller has created three soundwalks: At the University of Minnesota, in Minneapolis and in Fergus Falls. A soundwalk is a musical experience using GPS tracking from a phone that will cue up music strategically placed into his app, SonARIII .
Bigs on Campus celebrates six years
St. Cloud State celebrated the sixth year of Dr. Potter’s Bigs on Campus Program in May. Bigs on Campus celebrated 28 matches this year and is looking to expand to an additional 35 mentors beginning in fall 2022.
