Study identifies genes that allow Salmonella to survive in dry conditions

A new study by St. Cloud State University Assistant Professor Ryan Fink published Nov. 8 in the scientific journal PLOS One seeks to explain this phenomenon that allows Salmonella to grow under extremely dry conditions.
