St. Cloud Times — Improving the health and wellness of the community has been at the forefront of St. Cloud and Central Minnesota for the past number of years. And this year, that concept will be discussed in further detail by experts at St. Cloud State University’s annual Winter Institute.
“I think a lot of people can relate to this theme,” said Cindy Fitzthum, SCSU’s director of economics education and Winter Institute coordinator.
The 54th annual Winter Institute will be Feb. 10-11.
