On Saturday, an annual powwow at St. Cloud State University will combine all three — plus a free meal of wild rice, bison meat and more.
American Indian Center student employee Anthony Carlson said a big purpose for the event is to give an opportunity for members of tribal communities to connect. For him, “It definitely dials down back into the heritage portion of it.”
