WJON — Police shootings across the country have fanned the flames of distrust between police and community members. Now, a pair of St. Cloud State University professors of social work are trying to develop a plan to improve those relationships.
Police officers and social service professionals gathered in St. Cloud today (Thursday) for the first-ever Police and Social Services Conference.
