In midst of 4th term, Kleis becomes St. Cloud’s longest serving mayor

ST. CLOUD TIMES — For the past few years, St. Cloud Mayor Dave Kleis ’89 has hosted monthly dinners at his house in the Seberger-Roosevelt Neighborhood.

He often serves chili and ice cream cake. Anyone can sign up — the only stipulation is that he doesn’t already know them.
