ST. CLOUD TIMES — People gathered in front of the St. Cloud State University Administrative Services building Tuesday morning for a Sept.11 flag-raising ceremony.
The event was one of two public commemorations planned in St. Cloud Tuesday. This year marks the 17th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks.
At St. Cloud State, the Student Veterans Organization, Veterans Resource Center, Fighting Saints Battalion ROTC, Department of Music and St. Cloud Police and Fire Departments held the flag raising ceremony at 7:45 a.m.
