Four St. Cloud State University alumni have joined the SCSU Foundation Board of Trustees, and will serve on various committees within the board.
Formed in 1958 as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization to provide a means for alumni, friends and corporations to make tax-deductible contributions in support of the University, the SCSU Foundation is governed by an independent Board of Trustees whose operating structure is set forth in its bylaws. The Board consists of officers and committee chairs who comprise the executive committee and the general membership of the Board.
SCSU alumni Andrea Bryson, Kristi Clover, Allissa Dillman and Lauren Krznarich joined the Foundation Board in March.
Bryson earned her degree in biochemistry from St. Cloud State in 2018. She is currently a program manager with the Red Line Extension in Chicago.
Clover is a 2003 graduate of the University’s community development and mass communications programs, and co-owns Clover Chiropractic.
Dillman graduated in 2008 with degrees in biomedical sciences and chemistry. She is the founder and CEO of BioData Sage LLC.
Krznarich finished her bachelor’s in communication studies in 2010 and a master’s in college counseling and student development in 2012. She is the interim director of academic engagement for University of Texas at Arlington’s division of student success.
Bryson, Dillman and Krznarich will serve on the Board’s Advancement Committee, and Clover will serve on the Governance & Membership Committee.
“Alumni will always play an important part in supporting St. Cloud State,” said Dr. Mark Parsons, interim vice president for SCSU Advancement & Alumni Engagement. “Leading through our Foundation Board is a way for #OurSCSU community to make a direct impact in the University’s journey moving forward.”
