St. Cloud Times — Shamus O’Grady was a proud alumnus while watching the Division II national champion St. Cloud State wrestling team being honored with a welcome-home celebration at the Atwood Center on campus last Tuesday.
It was fitting that O’Grady was there; it was St. Patrick’s Day.
O’Grady, who is one of the most interesting characters you’ll ever meet, won an 184-pound Division II individual title in 2013 — his senior season. He finished as a four-time All-American for the Huskies during his run with the team.
