St. Cloud State University announced on Jan. 10 the launch of three online undergraduate degree programs in business, engineering, and nursing.
The affordable, high-quality degree programs, delivered by SCSU faculty and which are supported by Academic Partnerships, are designed to meet the needs and schedules of working adults.
KNSI — St. Cloud State University’s teacher education degrees make the grade.
The Association for Advancing Quality in Educator Preparation has granted the programs a full seven-year accreditation after reviewing them along four standards. The AAQEP is not a regulator but focuses on assuring high-caliber instruction to prepare the next generation of educators.
WJON — Thursday, hundreds of young students descended upon St. Cloud State University for the Spark STEM Conference.
Over 600 local students from grades 3 through 8 took part in a few of the over 20 hands-on STEM sessions ranging from cryogenics and snakes to robots and lasers.

ST. CLOUD LIVE — The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Celebration returns in January with a multi-day event.
The events run Jan. 13-17, 2024, at locations in St. Cloud. The celebration is a partnership between St. Cloud State University, the city of St. Cloud and community partners. All events are free and open to the public.

But their stories live on, and now St. Cloud State University is making some of those stories accessible online, and free of charge. St. Cloud State University Archives has digitized more than 110 oral histories from area veterans.
WJON — After finishing negotiations with Minnesota State, St. Cloud State University has announced its first three accelerated online undergraduate programs.
Beginning January 14th, SCSU will offer the following online, accelerated Bachelor of Science programs: Software Engineering, General Business, and RN-B.S. Program in Nursing.
