CIAS faculty Mark Schmidt and Erich Rice completed a speaker series at Leech Lake Tribal College (LLTC). Schmidt and Rice spoke to LLTC students, faculty and staff about several topics including the CySP scholarship program, password cracking with Hashcat, digital forensics with FTK, and biometric techniques. St. Cloud State University students participated in the Minnesota statewide CCDC competition Feb. 6. They finished in fifth place out of 13 teams.
