Julie K. Peters, owner and president of It’s Never Over…the business of learning, a leadership training and development company based in St. Cloud, was awarded the 2013 Outstanding Adjunct Teacher Award by the Communication and Theater Association of Minnesota. Peters is a 30-year adjunct professor of communication studies.
