Campus Recreation is open and is serving students, faculty and staff with programming and access to equipment, classes and intramurals. Campus Recreation and Sports Facilities promotes, encourages and motivates members of the campus community to keep moving through programs designed for participation. Campus Recreation is responding to the COVID-19 pandemic by limiting hours and access to facilities and equipment to ensure for safety and to follow Minnesota Department of Health and Minnesota State health and safety guidelines. The department is also continuing to offer alternative virtual programming for those who cannot participate in person on its social media channels.

Intramurals
Kick up some sand while playing in the 4 vs 4 co-ed sand volleyball league. Be the first intramural champions on campus. Cost: $5 per team

Outdoor Recreation
Bike the night will be the first outdoor recreation trip on Aug. 26. Join for a night of biking the St. Cloud community. There are only 20 bikes available, but riders are free to join with their own bikes. Cost: FREE

Group X Classes
Fitness classes begin Sept. 1. Group X instructors will offer abs, walking, yoga, boot camp classes and much more. A membership to take part in Group X classes.

Rock Wall
The climbing wall opens Sept. 1 from 6-9 p.m. Come to climb and bring a friend. Equipment is provided

Sports Club Teams
Participation is open to all St. Cloud State students, faculty and staff. If you looking for competition, join a club. Though many of the sport clubs are competitive, new participants of all skill levels are welcome.

A Nutrition Minute will be held throughout campus on Sept. 8. Look for a healthy snack delivered by the campus recreation staff and students.

National Yoga Month
September is National Yoga Month and Campus Recreation is celebratin gwith a 30-day Yoga Pose Challenge on Instagram at scsucampusrec. Participate by completing the pose of the day, uploading it to Instagram and tag scsucampusrec for a chance to get reposted.
