The annual Student Organization Awards recognized 12 student groups and two individuals at the Student Organization Award Ceremony March 30.
The awards highlight the work the students are doing in their programming and event planning throughout the year.
The students in these organizations are making great strides and working hard all year long, so this is one way to honor them for continuing to make a difference, said Sami Bosacki, assistant director for Greek Life and Student Organizations.

The Student Organization Awards are selected by a committee comprised of students, faculty and staff members. The committee reviews the applications based on a variety of factors; such as the meaning and impact of programing for the campus and the community, contribution to growth and development of students and the quality of the application.
