For the next few days, traffic near St. Cloud State University will be busier than it has been all summer for one reason: move-in weekend.
Incoming freshmen and their families have been arriving since 9:30 a.m. Thursday, with returning students set to move in between Friday and Sunday. The university’s public safety staff members are controlling traffic in the area of Fifth Avenue and on campus throughout the weekend.
