St. Cloud State University alumna Mallory Lindgren ’07 has been recognized by Midwest Energy News’ 40 Under 40 awards program highlighting her leadership throughout the region and her work in America’s transition to a clean energy economy.
Since 2007, Lindgren has worked as the Director of Power Generation Strategy, overseeing strategy for wind and solar markets for Westwood Professional Services in Eden Prairie.

Recognized for her important work in creating a better energy future, 40 Under 40 awards relies on the expertise of a selection advisory committee, including leaders from the U.S. Department of Energy, the NAACP, as well as several of the region’s largest electric utilities and public interest advocacy organizations.
Recipients were honored Nov. 10 at the Coalition: Energy in Chicago conference.
Lindgren holds a bachelor’s degree in hydrology from St. Cloud State.
