KNSI — A Sartell based company has teamed up with St. Cloud State University for a weekend of innovation.
DeZurik Inc., developers of water valves and industrial infrastructure, has partnered with SCSU faculty to deliver Huskies Invent, a 48-hour invent-a-thon Friday through Sunday.
Huskies Invent is a non-stop weekend modeled after a similar event that started at Texas A&M University and used at universities around the country.
Student teams will have 48 hours to develop and present their unique solution to a real-world challenge DeZurik manufacturing teams work with every day.
Organizers say it will take teamwork, communication, and creativity to meet the challenge.
