Rapid City Journal – The new leader of Rapid City’s airport will arrive with a goal of attracting more summer travelers.
Patrick Dame in mid-September will become the airport’s executive director. He will be leaving the same job at the Grand Forks International Airport in North Dakota.
Dame, 38, grew up in Anoka, Minn., and earned a degree in aviation management at St. Cloud State University. He managed the airport in Brookings, S.D., and Minot, N. D., before moving to Grand Forks.
