At a prayer service Thursday, attendees heard that Earl H. Potter III “was a person of civility, leadership and collaboration.”
Earl H. Potter III spent 24 years in the U.S. Coast Guard, retiring as a captain in 1993. It did not take long for you to notice his military background.
