The students come from three U.S. states and six countries and include representatives from all six St. Cloud State University colleges and schools and are being recognized this spring for outstanding leadership.
Professor Beth Berila seeks to help students, faculty and staff make the transition to remote learning, teaching and working a little less isolated. She is presenting two weeks of 10-minute virtual guided mindfulness practices Tuesdays and Wednesdays March 24-April 1.
